macOS troubleshooting
- If the USB dialog is empty or "Connect" fails with access denied: open System Settings → Printers & Scanners, remove any POS-8370 entry, then unplug and replug the USB cable.
- WebUSB only works in Chrome / Edge / Brave (not Safari or Firefox).
- If nothing appears in the picker, try a different USB port or cable — avoid USB hubs.
- If it prints garbage, try paper width 512 or the "Threshold" dither.

Plug in your printer
Connect your USB thermal printer to your computer and power it on. Any generic 58 mm or 80 mm ESC/POS printer works.
